Conference Registration

IMPORTANT: Due to a large city event around the conference dates, hotels in Rotterdam are getting full quickly. It is highly recommended to book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Letters of Invitation

Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Conference Management Office specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference. According to IEEE policy, payment for registration fees must have been finalized before requesting an invitation letter. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings subject to early regular registration (IEEE member and non member) of at least one (1) of the authors. NOTE: At least one author of each paper must register at a non-student rate by 13 September 2013.

Payment Method

All payments must be made in US Dollars. Registration fees can be remitted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX are acceptable). Pay on-line using your credit card. Your credit card statement will show the charge as: AMG LLC. You will also receive the official confirmation of registration via e-mail from the BioCAS 2013 registration desk.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing, either by fax (+1 312 604 7376) or e-mail ( The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email and received by 07 October 2013. No refunds will be provided after this date. There will be a $125 administrative fee deducted from each refund.

Personal Insurance

The organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to conference participants or accompanying persons, for damage, or loss of their personal property, or for cancellation expenses, regardless of cause. Participants should, therefore, make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance sources regarding coverage.
